Working with Yiddy at CompuConnect has been a breath of fresh air.

Recently during a routine employee desk move, one of our main network switches lost power and the entire company (30 users) went down. Thinking that it was our internet service provider that was down, before I had a chance to check why the failover didn't kick in, Yiddy was already calling me to see if all was ok and see why the systems are offline! In less than 5 minutes he pointed me in the right direction and we were back up and running. In the end we figured out that it was a loose power cable.
